We currently ship within Australia only.

• Standard Shipping: $10 (3–7 business days)

• Express Shipping: $15 (1–3 business days)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak periods.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Damages & Lost Packages
Franko Jewellery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will assist you.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
